THRIVE Wisconsin - WCHE is providing visioning and assisting with partnership development between public health and community organizing in an effort to implement and evaluate a statewide health equity alliance.
Wisconsin Public Health Association - WCHE is partnering with WPHA to provide policy and advocacy support. We have helped lead, and significantly contributed to, both the Health Impact Assessment and Policy Development groups of WPHA.

Healthiest Wisconsin 2020 - WCHE partnered with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services to strengthen the presence of health equity and social determinants of health in the State Health Plan.
Minority Health Program - WCHE partnered with the State of Wisconsin Minority Health Program to provide technical assistance to its annual grantee program.
Prevention Institute (THRIVE tool) - WCHE partnered with Institute for Wisconsin's Health, Inc (IWHI) to implement the Prevention Institute's THRIVE tool (Tool for Health and Resilience in Vulnerable Environments) in several Wisconsin communities.
